Sometimes we are sneaky, I can be a fat fingered Twat at times and click on someone's profile by mistake, there are a few on our friends list that when I've done it in none stealth mode I can guarantee within minutes we'll receive a message from them asking to meet as we've obviously time to look at their profile we must have time to meet. |

For years we didn't hide it but it's ultimately too much hassle with the "I couldn't help but notice you were looking at my profile" emails that follow.
Sometimes I like to perve at a profile. Sometimes I can't figure out what's going on in an avatar so click to see a bigger version. Sometimes I'm horrified at what's in an avatar but for some reason want to see a bigger version. Sometimes I'm at the bottom of a very long thread (on mobile) and it's easier to click the last posters profile and then click the home button than scroll back up.

Exactly this.
For example, you may have filters set on your profile (set to reduce the number of unwanted messages etc), and yet you may be drawn to someones profile who falls outside of your filters etc and therefore you might not appear in their search results, so they may not even know about your profile.
Then again, I do accept the argument that if you look at someones profile and are interested then you are likely to drop them a message.
But there are times, of course, where you might be interested, but may not think that the person you've visited might be interested in you, so you hold back from sending a message.
To be fair, there are all sorts of arguments for and against browsing in ninja mode, so ultimately it's really all down to personal preference.
Personally, I prefer to continue to remain totally visible |

It seams more women and couples go ninja than men.
I don't go ninja. I like people to know I've looked in the hope they may fancy a chat.
I get people's reasons why they don't but it would be nice if you could see everyone who's looked at you. It's nice to see if your interesting to others fabbers  |

But being looked at doesn't automatically mean a profile is interesting to others! I always look at a profile before opening a received message, hence I use stealth mode, I don't want everyone who messages me to think I'm interested  |

I have never been a ninja....I don't mind anyone knowing I looked...profiles are there to be viewed; then contacted. I have never sent someone a message just because of them viewing mine! I assume though the ninjas send messages more often lol |

Totally depends on my mood, am usually stealthy in the morning, maybe it's because I feel a bit guilty on Fab whilst I eat my cornflakes and get ready for the day. |

Turn it back on brows another 10.
Now when you turn it off can only those five see or can the previous 10 also see.
And when you turn it back on for the second ten do you vanish from the 5 you viewed openly |
