I go to Blackpool every year for the punk festival , and it's no worse than most seaside towns, they've just been ignored for so long they're bound to look bad , but just remember that the majority of people don't choose to be homeless , it's a thin line we all walk and we could easily fall off |

They won't be homeless, just begging.
Blackpool, like other seaside towns is overrun with empty accommodation, and the council pays the rents.
And 'homeless', for the purpose of statistics, means without a permanent home, doesn't necessary mean living on the street. |

Lots of people who go to Blackpool seem to have a great time both swinging and in vanilla life
