I don't really care.

I don't agree with it being done to either sex, especially those who have no say on the matter, but that isn't what is being discussed.
I think genitalia in general is ugly, "mutilated" or not, big deal.
If someone's brain, when looking at an adult man, gets more aroused at the sight of a cut cock more so than uncut, then that isn't a problem, they can't help that, and putting them down for it isn't going to magically make their mind change (thankfully for the guy because that would be pretty shitty for him!).
