Sidenafil is free on the nhs and is the European version of Viagra.
I am allowed 4 tablets a month which is fine because I never seem to need it at home and usually just have have minor hiccups at clubs.
You take it about an hour before sex and whilst it helps you do need to be arroused for them to work.
Like everything they have side effects. I usually take a couple of paracetamol because of the headache I always get, stuffy nose and I was warned that persistent erections could be painful.
Get to your G.P. and talk to him if you need some help. |

If you get the headaches there is another one called Cialas....I'm a diabetic and these don't give the side effects.
