why are we blocked ??

we are currently blocked from using the chatrooms, although we are gold members and and have received no explanation as to why we are blocked. We are still being charged for using this site, but are unable to access any chatrooms. Can the moderator or owners please explain the problem. Our profile is still available to all site users to access, but we are restricted to use the site chatrooms.

You've probably had a temporary ban for something. You're not missing much anyway to be fair

I think the Mods are on Holiday..iv reported a profile for naming and shaming other site users on their profile text and it seems nothing has been done?!

Or maybe they are busy getting through the many reports that appear every day and why it can take up to 48 hours to deal with
