No, it's very off-putting. However, if you're meeting in a hotel or at a house party and you know there're some particularly noisy participants, then the telly may drown out some of the noise and spare your immediate neighbours blushes, and yer own!!

We use the TV to supply a little subdued lighting, usually have spotify running on it though not an actual TV programme.

I don't have a TV but if I did and it was on and then something started it would depend what was on.

For example if you were watching Top Gear with a guy and you started playing with his cock and he turned away from the TV, you'd have to turn it off because of Clarkson's voice
