Think it depends on the location. I Jenson tend to wear either a suit with no tie or jeans, shirt and a jacket. Try to go for the smart but casual look.

Alexis tend to wear sexy dresses with stocking or hold ups.

Depends.

I've met people straight from work so been suited and booted and I've also met people in a pair of shorts and a vest lol

Just wear what you feel comfortable in. It's not a job interview.

I would wear smart casual cloths but i've not meet females or couples since moving back to the UK from South Africa

I'd be dressed smartly, slightly sexily but respectably and nicely made up.

Of course I'd have some rather luscious lingerie on underneath and some silky slinky hosiery too.

A social = nice t-shirt,smart jeans other trousers. Same for a play meet with good shoes and you must smell divine.

If you are meeting them at a club you cannot go wrong with a suit. And once comfortable take off the jacket,and the tie and roll up the shirt sleeves....Phew!
