1 of my bucket list is to go to a swinging club but as a guy on his own just feel it would be a bit awkward and may end up being slightly lonely if that makes sense advice needed

Everyone is nervous they're first time, the worst part is getting through the door after that you just socialise as you would like a night out at your local pub and any fun I'd of course a bonus

That'll only happen if you allow it. If you stand in a corner waiting for someone to talk to you then it'll be a long wait. You've got to be proactive and approach people in the social areas of the club.

You only end up being that person if you let the nerves get the better with you. How the night goes is entirely in your hands

My first time going everyone complimented me on how confident I was for my first time. It was all bravardo and inside I was completely shutting it the whole time. I just made the conscious decision to not let the nerves get the better of me so I mingled and had a great night
