The photo mods do their best but fake pics do get through. I always reverse image search any pic that looks too good to be true.

Lots of fake pics and profiles on here way more than they use to be over the last four years it has probably doubled.

Had a bra pic of me nicked once. Another woman had a pic of her in her knickers stolen from the same woman. I got a message telling me. The woman who'd stolen them, posted the pics and had something about getting her bikini body back after a few sessions at the gym!! Pissed myself laughing at her status as I was reporting her

like anything, this site is open to abuse so you just have to judge for yourself and don't send anything to anyone you've not met that you wouldn't mind being on the internet forever.
