Mine are quite localised and short. Sometimes I have massive ones but that is very rare.

I have read that when a man orgasms an endorphins is released from his brain that damps down his arousal. That does not happen with a woman so she can orgasm time and again.
Whether a man has bigger ones or not I do not know but my big ones are mind blowing.  |

i know some guys who can cum over and over (and this is from the days well before viagra, i'm talking my teens). in fact because viagra is widely used now i am going to concentrate more on the times i know nobody had used that.
some guys have really loud orgasms, most do not, most only cum once or twice. i've got a feeling that the guys who love sex (and are possibly addicted to sex) have better orgasms than someone who does not coz they have anticipated sex for longer than those who haven't, and built up more in their head towards cumming.

Both, men and women's brains release endorphins in a similar way. Maybe more significant secretion of hormones oxytocin in women and vasopressin in men.
What changes during sex, as a general rule, is the phisiological activation line of both:
-Men: Quick arousal, stabilization, pitch (orgasm), quick deactivation
-Women: Slow arousal, stabilization, pitch (orgasm), slow deactivation OR a series of stabilization/orgasm.
That is the reason why in men, (usually) takes a few minutes to get excited again and some women are multi-orgasmic and other aren't.

Well my orgasms can be vastly different ranging from lovely relaxing ones to mind blowing awesomeness so I'm guessing that guys are probably pretty much the same   |

I have 3 different types of orgasm, nipped, clitoris and vaginal. Each one is different. Nipple is small and short, vaginal is long and spreads up my body like a wave and can be multiple and clit is most intense, long and takes a few seconds to recover from. Angel x |
