I think if you do it as to make it look like an accident, wearing a short skirt that rides up and shows your stocking tops or shows that you are commando is fine. People may look and enjoy the view, I would lol, but pass it off that you are not aware of what you were showing. I think a lot more women go out commando that you would expect,specially judging by some of the posts on some thread on here.

It is only likely to lead to prosecution if there are numerous complaints and the activities are deemed as intentional.
Most police officers would not take any action unless it was in a public place causing a public affray or disturbance.
Also if you were suitably dressed but allowing for some 'intentional wardrobe malfunction ' or upskirt glimpses then it could easily be denied as intentional and regarded as accidental.
Finally, I have experienced this kind of playful activity on several occasions. Mostly in clubs, bars and pubs. Although i have also seen it on a train, in a shop and at an office.
It is not as rare as you may think but often people do not notice it happening. |

Is flashing still acceptable if it's a less attractive woman doing it or a man? Is age a factor or gender, would advocates champion a 74 year old, overweight guy 'accidentally' allowing his cock to show in a bar? Or is it only ok if it's someone deemed generally sexually attractive? |
