Yes they can. I this has happened to me and met a good friend on here. Some are ignorant and either delete or block you, but that's up to them. I even get gay and bi guys contact me. I aways have a good chat with them and ons become a curry buddie. Nothing sexual just good company. |

Yes. It is of course entirely reasonable to do so, and some may enjoy the social aspect, however, I suspect that a lot of straight men block single guys simply because of the deluge of unwanted messages from bi and gay men who might be 'trying it on' etc.
I'm not saying that all bi and gay guys on fab do this, but it only takes a few...
For example, there was one chap who used to appear in 'users nearby', before searching by preferences, who regularly had a status offering BJ's to straight guys - go figure |
