Do you mean just play the game with cream and call it spunk face.

That was my second question actually.
It'd be better if the player puts her face in the thing. And the guys get a minute each to wank in front of her. If she gets away with a miraculously clean face then she wins.

Haha this is fantastic. But could you imagine how many men you'd need to keep it reloaded.
You'd have to have us lined up and milked dry 
Would the funnest part of the game be having spunk on your face. Or getting the cum out.
