Been to Amsterdam several times, and come to the conclusion that other than for smoking dope (which I don't do) or in-your-face-prostitution (ditto), it holds no advantages than any one of a number of other European cities.
If you want a city break as a swinger-tourist, try Berlin or Hamburg. They cost about the same and offer more for swingers as opposed to just prostitute punters.
Alternatively, lap up the sun and watch the Euros disappear into the ether with a trip to the Cap.
