I welcome barrells of abuse...I only state the truth...The main thing is physical attraction, we all pine to look as good as we did younger, and when we age and get the crows feet, podgey, droopy we look to drink from the fountain of youth...

Ha ha each to his or her own but it's worth bearing in mind that not all older women (or men) are wrinkly and saggy. I just have a preference for younger men for all the reasons given above, plus I find them less jaded, cynical and resentful than men my own age or older. |

I stopped training and was just eating rubbish. I was 19 and half stone. And at 5ft.8. That's heavy. I was the carb king. I got that fed up and upset at how fat I got. I set a goal. To compete..so in 5 months I lost 5 and a half stone. Im no bodybuilder but it was fun... anyway i ended up competing and also came second the in the UK.. you can do it it mate.. because if I can. Anyone can. |
