Personally i love it.

Not the whole commercial shit it has become.

But to me xmas will always be just a little magical.

Not so much anymore. I adore buying gifts for people. Get embarrassed when people spend money on me, really dislike spending time with my family, and have spent the vast majority with a friend's family.

Plus there's a high chance of me working as I am this year nights 24/25/26.....

Christmas is for families. I have no family, follow no religion, so feels irrelevant to me. I choose to work. I wish people who were not in essential services, did not have to work Boxing day, to keep Christmas special for families though

I love all of December! Everyone's happy, lots of food, fairy lights and being silly at work wth not much work getting done. Being with friends and family and of course my kids having the magic of it all.

Don't submit to the commercial side of it other than for the kids. Everyone else gets the pleasure of my company which is more than enough!
