I've always found that wanking puts me to sleep nicely, but that I tend to sleep far heavier after doing this - which can be problematic if I need to be up earlier. I'm sure there is some science behind it all  |

Standard practice if you not with a partner to drop off n wake up to only way to finish n start the day .....fuck I grumpy cunt if not lol n my pillow gets enough abuse nights I am on my own fuck I end up on charges to abuse of house hop soft furnishings if not |
