Basically it is a very strong wine (21%) with no flavour at all.
You need you flavour the wine as you would like.
There are flavourings on the net, however I like to experiment, somewhere I picked up marmalade, it's stunning.
Any thoughts of flavours? I have twenty three litres |

I have a few slow berries, and frozen bilberries.
This is not looking like liver food.
What about peanut butter.... "
On occasion I'll buy cheap vodka an add raspberries to the bottle. Let it soak a few days before drinking for the flavor to seep out. It's a very visible process and you can eat the alcohol soaked berries after you filter them if you want. |
