We use kik to arrange meets and even an entire party once....we used to use Whatsapp until a guy used our phone number to trace us via Facebook 
Kik is anonymous, which suits us . Works perfectly for us x |

Same. FB took over Whatsapp and now uses algorithms to suggest friends based on your mobile number. Scary who pops up  |
