So I often struggle to generate meets near to where I am. Mainly due to distances I find. A lot of the people I inadvertently click with live just that bit too far away for easy travel.
So my question is do people do fabbing tours? Just choose a part of the uk and then head for a hotel and organise meets there?
I've got a month or so off early next year and the thought just struck me that it could be a lot of fun |

Fabbers tours are the way to go...at least for us anyway. We never play in Scotland as the Asian community is too small to allow us to keep a low enough profile with this. So after tending to head to Birmingham, Blackpool or manchester we seem to have now settled on Manchester. |

We just don't let distance become an obstacle. Turn it to your advantage and use the meet to also go and explore a town/city you've never been to. Make a weekend of it. |

Does sound like a great time. Do you just try find folks in the cities you plan to visit to? I know people often don't like talking to others who are quite a distance away. |

i go on road trips, i plan to visit clubs i want to go on my own, maybe cos of an event on, maybe cos i havent been there before.. and i arrange to meet people i have talked to, for socials..if the socials fall through, i go explore the area and go to the clubs and have new experiences..i dont base it around one person though,if i havent met them before. i throw out a social invite for those, who want to meet up in the area and see what happens x |

I have often travelled down south for socials, if someone piqued my interest I'd do the same and expect the same back, you shouldn't let distance in this country hold you back if you really want to meet each other |
