been on here 2 months now and totally luvving it. met some great people and had some of the horniest experiences i have had in a while.
yesterday though i blocked my first 2 people. something i was hoping not to do. so whats the verdict on me blocking these 2. i will give the scenario's below
1. chat on / off for a couple of weeks. agree to meet. meet includes me picking the other party up. i turn up. other party nowhere to be seen. i get home send a msg to see what happened. other party reads message but doesn't reply
2. chat on / off for a week or so. other party sees all my pics despite having only 1 (non face) pic on their profile. asks if i am up for meet. i reply 'yes'. then asks for further pics. declined - 7 is enough for me to make my mind up if i fancy someone or not. then asks for exact cock measurements before proceeding with meet. i think 'website wanker' / pic collector with no intention of meeting. |

It takes a lot for me to block people. I know the people on the forum think I'm a bit wet but I really don't like to do it. But in your case, if guys were to do that to me, I would have blocked, so don't worry about it. |

You've been here two months, got a few verifications, had a few meets and some great new experiences.... in your first two months!!!
You are doing exceedingly well to have so much success within such a short time of joining. You've had the fun first and the crap second... For many its the other way around only they don't get as far as the fun cos they get pissed of with the crap and give up!
I've often said this to new comers to the hobby... if it looks like shit, smells like shit and tastes like shit, there is a damn good chance it is shit In other words 'trust your instincts' if something doesn't sit right then it most likely isn't right... pass them by. |

Personally I don't know why you're asking strangers to validate your decision to use a function of the site!
If we'd said you were hasty would you unblock them?!! |

i would block people for those things. nearly 4 yr on here now, for first year and half i had 3 people on my block list and now its in triple figures - guess i'm less tolerant of the idiots on here now. but like others say its your profile block who ever you like . |

"block whoever you want,it is your profile."
LOL block whoever you DON'T want (to meet), it's your profile. Block facility is there for you to use however, you like! |

absolutely right.
we also rarely used the block facility initially however we have found with some its the only answer.
perhaps when some have been blocked by half the site they may take a look at themselves etc..
not holding breath |

Its your profile and your time. Your free to use it how you wish?... |

I block anyone i have contacted , who either delete my message without saying anything, ignore my message, or say No thanks.
Makes sense as I wouldnt be bothering them again in the future as some people change their picture ever so often. I think this makes sense |

I often leave a message read but unreplied to in the inbox - and then reply several days later - this would usually be a positive reply - a straight 'no' is quick and easy to send. I've also changed my mind about people/ what I'm looking for down the line, so what may have been a 'no' before could now be a 'yes' |

With respect, I am always surprised that adults need justification from others of what they do.
We wouldn't feel the need to ask the question, if we wanted to block we just would."
not looking for justification. just intrigued by other persons ways of handling things.
in retrospect the post needs a better heading |

So you never ask for peoples opinions on things ever? Be they about swinging or decisions you make in you every day life?
It's so easy to get wrapped up with things and make rash decisions that it is always good to get peoples perspective on things. It's one of the beauties if being a human, having the ability to openly discuss and review things. Sometimes you learn something and that makes you re evaluate your stand point on a certain topic |

I don't ask people should I block anyone in our mailbox.. and that was what the man was asking.
If the question was " do you ask for advice from anyone " then my answer might have been different. |

"Def block em!!
Plus it means u won't accidentally contact them in future forgetting who they are.
X"
I absoluteley agree with u. I have clicked on some profiles to only realise I had blocked them. What attracted u to a profile in the first place will probably do again in future so blocking is a fantastic tool to remind u not to go there again.
Every one to their own but if someone takes their time to write me a message the least I could do is say something back of if u are consideering it u can always say not at the moment rather than ignoring.. |

I love the block button. I use it for people who direct in General Chat. I use it for someone who I really really look at and think oooh no. I use it for anyone who is rude or abusive. I use it for really crude messages or men who write "my wife's out, do you fancy coming round for a quick shag." I use it for people who won't take no for an answer or who consistently send me the same cut and paste message several times a month.
All sorts of things :D Ahhh, love it |

Intrigued... How many people on your block list? Is there a maximum that the site will accept? |
