So I'm at work the other day and a couple of ladies I work with start asking me about sex and whether I've slept with any black ladies (they are black too). So I answer yes after a couple of questions about if I notice much difference between white and black ladies I thought the conversation was dead. Suddenly out the blue I get asked if I have a big dick  anyway one of the lady's tells me she's checked out my bulge and it's big. Now I can handle sex talk but this was somewhat embarrassing. Since this day I've been asked by one of the women what type of black woman I slept with.
I'm confused as to what is happening? Am I being checked out or am I reading into things too much? |

If you were female, being approached by males the words 'sexual harrassment' would surely have come up by now.

If it was the other way around it would more than likely be construed as unwanted sexual behaviour at work and lead to a HR case. Why is it OK for women to do this and think it's fine tho. |

It's not OK for women to act this way. If this was a union member I represented, I would be advising him to lodge a formal grievance. |

I was once asked by a colleague what I looked for in a woman. A bit embarrassed I made a joke of it and replied A comedian in the living room, a chef in the kitchen and a whore in the bedroom. She looked me dead straight in the eye and said " I can't cook and I'm not funny. Sadly I already had a g/f at the time so never got to find out if she could cook. |

Which I've seen. But I'm fairly confident that if the genders were switched it would cause a lot more outrage.
I've seen plenty of things in the workplace where If genders were switched the outcome would be completely different. Violence and intimidation being the main one |

So far I've not found it particularly embarrassing or creepy just more not sure what's happening. I will try and talk to her as wait for it but I'm her manager!!!
I'm reasonably private at work so haven't mentioned being a swinger as I know that's very inappropriate plus know how people judge.

i would be very careful at trying to talk to her/them about it apart from saying that you think the chat is somewhat inappropriate
unfortunately i can see if you say something beyond that it could soon be turned and made into a bigger issue where as a man you might be seen to be in the wong |
