luckily not many guys want doggy but when they do i stand up, seems to help well endowed guys not go so deep. but yeah otherwise it will hurt me as well.

I've only experience pain with one partner/playmate. And yes most women's Vagina is only roughly 6" after that it's the cervix and womb.
