Sat in living room on my phone on here. And a bloke walks past and looks in . Are eyes catch each other for split second. Both look away. Whose in the right? |

I'm 2metres away from windows he was on path out side small front walled garden walking past. It wasn't a what are you looking at look it was in all innocence kinda of a glance. |

I'm guessing
a) he had some sort of superpower to accurately guess what you were doing?
or
b) he gave a passing glance towards the window but you, because you were on here, took it as a paranoid death stare 
I see people look at my window occasionally...I even wave sometimes but they don't wave back because THEY CAN'T SEE ME |
