So we haven't seen a thread like this in a long time and there's plenty of newbies around posting an entire thread for reactions of how to improve their profile alone!
The rules are as follows: start the post with the profiles name, list the positives and then list the negatives. Remember, be constructive, don't be vulgar or impolite, (this used to end in forum bans). I've included a template for you to use so we don't end up on tangents:

PS: to say thanks message the person privately, otherwise the thread doesn't work from one profile to the next.
