A good few years ago I, along with thousands of other tourists, was wandering around the red light district of San Francisco when a huge limo pulled up with a couple of women in the back. A guy shouted out that anyone who wanted to be in a porn movie could shag these women and others, just jump in the limo. I was tempted but I thought it might have been a snuff movie so I bottled it! |

Not me personally but I know people who have. (strange experience seeing your friends in one of those "genuine amateurs" type of films on the UK sex channels.) There seem to be a lot of amateurs on these stations, and knowing one or two who I've recognised, I'd say that they are pretty much the genuine thing...unlike the US so-called amateur porn which is just make-belief amateur. |

It's usually legit until the point where the end product is sold/ rented to the punter.
There's lots of regulations, at least here in Scotland, about what category of films can be sold/ rented in shops with what sort of licences and, since the "behind the camera" team's faces are seldom seen, it may be the participants get the flak for any offence committed. |

Not intentionally!
Went to a wedding where my hubby was best man so I was sat at a table with people who I did not really know, sat next to me was this really fit guy who was the boyfriend of the chief bridesmaid. Anyway the wine flowed, the chat turned into flirtation. A man was walking around with a video camera making the official wedding video. While he was filming from the front you can see his hand under the table, my legs slightly apart, my stocking tops and his hand in my knickers fingering me!! Lol

No really there is no law about appearing in a porn video... as long as your over 18 so no one apart from the distributer/retailer can get 'flak'

This, erroneously, assumes that the only form of 'flak' is the legal sort.
As swingers, doggers, adulterers (famous or otherwise), expense-fiddlers and other supposed miscreants know only too well, there's all sorts of flak out there and sometimes the legal sort is the least of recipient's worries. |
