Foreskin or no foreskin?

I think it doesnt matter what women like... infant circumcision is child abuse unless on medical only grounds... all other reasons are mutilation without consent... not as if the child can do anything about it! |

As long as it's an adult choice to have it done then that's fine but most circumcision is done on children who have no say in it... it's child mutilation and no other explanation! |

"What if you have no foreskin and women suddenly prefer one, what can you do, knit one. You have, you haven't, does it matter? I certainly wouldn't have mine sliced off for someone's preference."

I met a girl and she swore that circumcised men were more pleasurable, both feel the same on the forward stroke she said, but on the withdrawal stroke the circumcised men felt more pleasurable, due to uncircumcised men's forskin covering the head of their penis on the back stroke. So I beg to differ that it doesn't matter to woman
Now she did say both were very pleasurable just circumcised felt better
I'm uncircumcised, as are all of my three brothers, my father is circumcised though. Medical reasons when he was 12

I understand your comments... however when i said it doesn't matter i meant that i don't really care what women think... unless done by personal choice or medical grounds then it's child mutilation on young boys... there is so much in the news about FGM but i also believe it's wrong to circumcise young boys without consent..
I definitely understand the reasons why it may feel better for a woman... |

"I think we all get waaaaaay too hung up on how our cocks look or how big they are.
Most women really are not too bothered (unless it's either tiny or massive)."
Really? Perhaps you could tell us how you know this. I, and most women I know, are just as bothered about how a cock looks as men are about the bits that women have.
Personally I much prefer a cock with a foreskin as long as it's fully retractable. For me it feels and looks much better. |

When I first became sexually active, it was painful for me because my foreskin was so tight it hurt to pull it all the way back, so I had a circumcision...
That month of healing was hell for my and my GF at the time haha I can tell you!
But ever since, I'd never have it any other way, love my cock this way, it feels great for me and I've never had anything but compliments about it and how it feels for the ladies, let alone hygiene-wise |

Great response.
I for medical reasons don't have one.
Nothing I can do about it. (Well I imagine in this day and age there is... But nothing I want to do about it)
Lived most of my life without.
And in all the years ( in general, or the time on here) it's been brought up in conversation a handful of times.
Certainly (to my knowledge) it's never been a deal breaker either way about meeting someone.
Yes (like most things in life and especially on here or in clubs) people have preferences.
But hey ho.. such is life.
I'll carry on and not worry about something I can't control |

I prefer circumcised men. Their cocks look better for sure, they seem cleaner to me and they give me more pleasure. Like somebody said earlier. It's not the inside stroke, it's the pulling out stroke. I can feel the head of my hubby's cock so well and that feels fabulous. I am so used to it that I wouldn't now give a blowie to a man with a foreskin.
As much as I love them. I agree that they should not be done on children. It should be your own decision as an adult (as was hubby's). It is however relatively straight forward when compared to fgm. Fgm is done very often without anaesthetic, with dirty blades, glass and sharpened rocks. A lot of girls die from infections from it. Where men are left with a working (some would say improved penis) these poor girls are left in pain and most never enjoy sex again. Even the act of urination is excruciating. As urine drips out and can take half hour. There are so many after problems. The two cannot really be compared. |

Hmmmm, im circumsized & been told MANY times, it's cleaner/better feel.. Etc. Im not sure what the diff is to be honest (well i know the diff), but as in preference for the ladies and others.
Im thinking as like anything else in the world it's all about personal preferance eh?!.. |

"Which do you prefer ladies? Is it a big deal? Is there one that you prefer for any reason "
If you have a foreskin and the majority of women say they prefer circumcised, what are you going to do: cut it off? Or grow it back if circumcised?
As with all things some will prefer one to the other.
Don't understand threads like these. No one has universal appeal. |

I'm quite attached to mine and can't imagine not having it, much like I'm sure those who were circumcised young can't imagine having one. Whichever camp you're in, I'm sure you make it work for you, and if ladies choose not to meet someone based on whether they have a little bit of skin covering their bell end or not, then that's their loss! |

I must be lucky haha!
I have foreskin when floppy but when hard it automatically retracts and my cock looks circumcised, nothing there to cover the end on the back stroke.
Other than for medical reasons I've never understood why folk get it done? |

When I cam in the bisexual chatroom I often receive compliments about my biggish foreskin. It is fully retractable so it can appear to be cut.
I like a guy with a nice juicy foreskin as long as it's clean so no wash no play lol. |

A big helmet outlined under a foreskin looks well horny. If a guy's foreskin is really tight and won't retract then I can see why it might be better to be circumcised. Being circumcised as an adult can't be very pleasant I would imagine. |

Well obviously I can't know "most women" any more than you can. I can say that, having had to be circumcised at the age of 23, there has been no change in the responses I have had from women with whom I have had relationships (or one-offs). |

The US has an obsession with circumcision;
In the 70s and 80s it was a routine procedure at birth ( or soon after). And remains a default in most places unless the parents request otherwise.
As a result, about 79% of American males are circumcised.
It stems from an archaic belief that circumcision prevents disease; worryingly, recently, the CDC (Centre for Disease control) has revitalised this belief, and is even starting a programme in schools and colleges promoting circumcision for adolescents.
Like many things; the US continues to live largely in the 18th century in its attitudes.
Why a government organisation is allowed to promote child mutilation is beyond me.

There is no medical justification for routine circumcision and religoon is no justification for anything. It's (usually) an unnecessary surgical procedure that causes a permanent change in the child's body, inflicts pain and, like all surgery, carries the risk of complications and infection. If an adull wants it done for cosmetic reasons, then that's sad but acceptable. Doing it to a child should be outlawed except when there's a specific medical issue. |

Yes it is; it is removing a perfectly normal body part for no good reason whatsoever.
And done ( usually) to children who have no choice.
And nowadays, there is virtually no " medical reason " to do it. |

Typos happen to everyone. And the fact that the men in your family were fortunate doesn't alter the fact that there are others who aren't. Without a medical reason for the procedure, it's an unnecessary risk being forced on a child who lacks the ability to refuse. |

All of it.
The procedure is done by a trained medical doctor
Not the local butcher
If it was "forced upon" I'm sure the police would get involved for child abuse

Might be worth reading the link below.
My husband is circumcised so not completely against it on medical grounds, but it is not without risks. We have 3 boys and I certainly wouldn't do it to them, it's their body and their choice not mine to make.

Each year in the United States more than 100 newborn baby boys die as a result of circumcision and circumcision complications. This is the alarming conclusion of a study, published in the journal Thymos, which examined hospital discharge and mortality statistics in order to answer two questions: (1) How many baby boys dies as a result of circumcision in the neonatal period (within 28 days of birth)? (2) Why are so few of these deaths officially recorded as due to circumcision?
The study, by researcher Dan Bollinger, concluded that approximately 117 neonatal deaths due directly or indirectly to circumcision occur annually in the United States, or one out of every 77 male neonatal deaths. This compares with 44 neonatal deaths from suffocation, 8 in automobile accidents and 115 from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, all of which losses have aroused deep concern among child health authorities and stimulated special programs to reduce mortality. |

"What if you have no foreskin and women suddenly prefer one, what can you do, knit one. You have, you haven't, does it matter? I certainly wouldn't have mine sliced off for someone's preference."
I was thinking this myself.
Surely if you find someone who prefers a cut cock and you are uncut - or vice versa - there's really very little point bothering yourself about it.
I suppose you could use a similar argument about those who have a preference regarding body shape, skin colour, length, height etc.
Some women like circumcised cocks. Others don't.

Once a year the innocent smoothie companies place a small woollen hat an their small smoothie bottles. Could use that as a foreskin! I did once wear one was a willy warmer to entertain the Mrs. |

"Which do you prefer ladies? Is it a big deal? Is there one that you prefer for any reason
Muslims have to be circumcised due to religion
And all Americans are circumcised
Fact
Are you sure it's circumcised andbg not idiots you meant to type?
Yes I'm sure
And
I prefer without
Have you seen every penis in America? that will be a feat even by FAB standards
The US has an obsession with circumcision;
Isn't child multilation
Some have to be done due to religious beliefs etc
The girls who get multilation In Africa is due to them having no sexual pleasure which is wrong
Be circumcised isn't child multilation
There is no medical justification for routine circumcision and religoon is no justification for anything. It's (usually) an unnecessary surgical procedure that causes a permanent change in the child's body, inflicts pain and, like all surgery, carries the risk of complications and infection. If an adull wants it done for cosmetic reasons, then that's sad but acceptable. Doing it to a child should be outlawed except when there's a specific medical issue.
All the males in my family have been circumcised and they have no lasting damage.
And it religion not religoon unless you have invented a new religoon where everyones foreskin's are intact
Typos happen to everyone. And the fact that the men in your family were fortunate doesn't alter the fact that there are others who aren't. Without a medical reason for the procedure, it's an unnecessary risk being forced on a child who lacks the ability to refuse.
Never have I seen or read about a case where male circumcised has gone wrong or been forced upon someone.
Unless you read the sun newspaper
You stick your opinions and I will stick to mine
What part of " it's done to children without their consent" isn't forced upon them?
All of it.
The procedure is done by a trained medical doctor
Not the local butcher
If it was "forced upon" I'm sure the police would get involved for child abuse
Like i said it's done for medical, religion, culture reasons
"
Nowadays there is hardly any "medical reason" to do it;
Religion is bollocks and nonsense.
"Cultural reasons" are no reason at all ;
FGM ( which I admit is far worse) is done for " cultural reasons ". |

"Might be worth reading the link below.
My husband is circumcised so not completely against it on medical grounds, but it is not without risks. We have 3 boys and I certainly wouldn't do it to them, it's their body and their choice not mine to make.
https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/moral-landscapes/201109/myths-about-circumcision-you-likely-believe"
This link really sums it up... As far as im concerned it's inflicting unnecessary pain and mutilating a baby boy... Apart from occasional medical reasons there is no justification gor this procedure... Religious reasons are bollocks especially! |
