to set up a hotel what would we need to do on here?
would people recommend doing it that way?

I'm slightly confused what you are asking.
If you're looking to attract a single female to join you by booking a hotel and putting up a meet today type thing then I would say prepare to be disappointed. They are rare and shy creatures to say the least.
If you have been lucky enough and found a lady already who wants to meet you, then great. Book a room and go for it.

myself and my swing partner when doing a hotel meet always make sure we set up a meet first then the hotel comes after...if you are just in a hotel room twiddling your thumbs hoping to attract a woman to your room...you might be better off looking for a "professional " ! |

A few things to bear in mind when using hotels..
firstly and probably the most difficult part is how do you g'tee the lady/couple whoever is genuine and will turn up. well verifs may help, also phone calls but you're still taking a chance as other couples will attest too.
another possible solution would be and and as you seem able to travel is to go along to a club or some organised event/social.
this still wouldn't g'tee the meet happening but at least you will have more options and perhaps not feel compelled to spend any more time than you want with an individual if you don't clique and judging by where you live there are some club options within an hours drive.of course a club can't g'tee meeting someone that floats your boat but it does increase the likely hood.
one other thing re hotels is costs, you need to very clear on what you expect re this as its a contentious issue as to sharing the bill.
some are happy to pay everything as its their only way of meeting so see it as inviting someone to their home.
some will want an even split and I do mean 50/50 70/30 etc etc..it can spoil the event as it becomes some what like paying for sex..some people even think that couples do it with singles to make a profit! I know amazing! some very cynical people out there! lol
clearly you can pick up rooms cheaply enough but if you like a little style and comfort its something to bear in mind.

personally I would rather meet at a club than have one on one at a hotel. And have arranged meets for chams better safety for me and a whole lot more fun you can sign up as a couple and have a third party come in as your guest and being in coventry it is only half hour up the road for you. |

I agree would rather have meets at a club, then if there is no click, or a no show, you have plenty of other options. Also i find music at a club gets me in the mood, find hotel meets hard to get in the right fram of mind. So not keen on hotel meets really x |

If you go for a hotel, Travelodge's may appear to be cheap, but their cheap rates don't include a cancellation/refund policy, so something to remember there bearing in mind all the time wasters that you are likely to be taken in by. |

if your only looking for females i woulnt book a hotel first then look for a woman to meet there as single females are very hard to find so the hotel could go to waste, i would look for a woman and when you find one then book the hotel |
