I've had orgasms so strong that they've made me feel faint, but never to the extreme that I e actually passed out. And to be honest I wouldn't particularly want to. I like to feel I always have an element of control in any situation, even if only a tiny amount. |

I've never orgasmed that hard, Mr SnT has made me orgasm to the point wheee my legs shake and my eyes roll back and the ability to walk is slightly compromised. But what you describe is an actual seizure, as someone who suffers from epilepsy and has seizures that isn't what I want during any kind of sex. |

Years ago when I used to have sex regularly sometimes as I was trying to deliver a nice creampie I couldn't as just as I was nearing orgasm I'd get a searing throbbing headache which felt like my entire brain was going to explode. Only ever happened once. A couple of years ago with hubby. Dont know why. Wasnt a particularly intense session.

Too embarrassed! But it would absolutely kill me! I would feel as if some sort of brain haemorrage was coming on and I'd become very dizzy and almost pass out in spite of great pain. Taken a lot of confidence out of me tbh! And very scary! |

If you or your partner experience this then it is a serious condition that needs to be checked out, it can cause death if it is due to auto erotic asphyxiation.
The more common reason is due to hyperventilating which allows the carbon dioxide levels in the blood to fall causing fainting but it can be a more serious cause.
