So me and a playmate have recently purchased a butt plug as we want to try anal sex. At a guess, if she can shit a turd the size of a banana and can't take a butt plug, by relaxing, if she is not relaxing ! she may not really does not want to do it. |

Ok practical advice.
Time: Take it slow just use a finger and lots of lube during regular play for a while. Like maybe weeks once that's comfortable move to 2 fingers or a small toy keep building.
Lube lube and more lube don't be stingy. Particularly for 1st time.
Don't focus on it. Involve it during normal play and back off if it doesn't work.
Relax: Its much easier when the lady is fully relaxed and comfortable. Orgasms are great for relaxing.
Finally be prepared for it not to happen. Some people just cant take anal. I've met ladies that couldn't take even a pinky finger.

Tried butt plugs myself. They come in different sizes. Go for the smallest available. Once that's in, remove it and try a bigger one. We have two but have to start with the baby one and only when that gets loose does the slightly bigger one have a chance. |

Try a anal dildo instead that has a contoured narrow end, I can manage that easier than I can a butt plug, she may be the same, maybe try anal beads so she can get used to the sensation of something being inserted. I did all these things myself and Mr finally took my anal virginity a few weeks ago, so it can be done but it takes time and patience. Also douching is a good idea as she won't be as tense if she knows she's clean and won't make a mess

She was the one who suggested trying anal, we only have a small butt plug. We have managed to put a finger in with a lot of lube but she was a bit hesitant going any further that time. On another occasion she really wanted me to fuck her in the ass and we had a lot of foreplay and bum play with her even fingering her ass but even after that still no luck with the butt plug |

Breathing out very slowly and "bearing down" as though she is going to poo might work...they do for me when it's been a while since I had anal...it's hard to tense while exhaling deliberately and slowly...then hold it still before attempting to push it any further...
Try giving her an orgasm prior to any anal play...she'll be more relaxed and wet
And lube...lots of lube...more than you think you'll need... |
