My ultimate fantasy would be to live in a shared house where all the other co-habitors were swingers too. All bi for the full swing effect hehe.
Just imagine the horny possibilities and the freedom that each tenant would have to bring people back to theirs or to help each other out and join in.
This is of course only a fantasy because, for one thing, it would be almost impossible to ensure all the tenants were chill with each other n not too pushy. |

I see Fab as a rare and exciting escape from the norm. If it became the norm or my domestic life became a totally hedonistic existence where everyone is at it all the time then I think I'd soon become weary of it or the thrill would go... Just my 2p worth! |

No, not for us - we have a great 'normal' life, family time and great sex life together.

Similar theme, we wanted a sort of live in buddy where either one of us could make love to the wife either together or separately.
Never actually got it off the ground, but I would love to have come home on occasions and find my wife on someone else's cock  |

OP - Glad you know there's a fantasy element to it lol
One of my first reactions is why don't you just go live at a swingers club...... then I remembered there's lots of swingers clubs that offer accomodation and/or are hotels. lol
Back to earth I do know there are some people who do live this way, but those kinds of arrangements appear to often be short lived with only very few people able to live like that long term. Of course that does also mean I recognise that it can work long term for certain people  |

Oh it is hopefully going to be fun we all swing but not with each other. Just means we know our housemates aren't going to be put out by the idea of swinging happening under our roof. Seeing as we are all friends outside of fab and looking for somewhere to live it made sense to get somewhere together to split the costs. Roll on January: ) |

Haha we actually did this when we were younger. Lived with another swinging couple. We never played with each other (we had known each other as friends a long time before the living arrangement came about). But there were regular drinking games that involved everyone getting naked, and swapping stories on the other people we had both met LOL! |
