Yes you definitely can. Some lucky folk have no gag reflex but for the rest of us that do it just takes practice, get your tongue used to having something at the back of it (toothbrush and fingers worked for me) and relax instead of gagging. Putting your tongue out also helps esp when throat Fucking.
Keep the cock in line with your throat so it slides in easier, if it's curved then find positions that work with the angle of the curve not against it.
E.g if it's curved upwards towards his belly then being on your knees when he's stood up will never work, but 69 or hanging your head off the bed whilst he is stood up will work perfectly.
