Having a chat with someone on here, it came up about having a fab friendship group that they had. I'm curious to know....
Who has a good fab friend base? Besides the obvious people that you meet or have met, do you have friends on here you regularly chat to?
I have a few friends on here that I like to chat to and I'm wondering whether people have locals they are friends with? Or fellow forumites? Or just people they know that also fab. |

Yes I do. Over my five years on her I have made a handful of true friends who have supported me through some rough dark times. And I know that if ever I was to leave fab or vice versa we would always remain true friends. |

Yes I've got some brilliant friends from here. I've been abroad with 3 of them, we've done various non swinging activities together, like paintballing, go karting, comedy clubs etc. I've even had friends from here helping sort my garden out. I can certainly say that without some of them I don't know how I would have got by. If I didn't meet them on here I would have hoped I would have met them elsewhere, they're friends in the same way my non swinging friends are. |

I have one very good friend from fab who when my baby's headstone was desiccated by vandals and smashed to pieces, went out and bought a stone teddy bear and had my baby's name etc etched on it and gave it to me to put on his grave till I saved up to replace the headstone. To me that's a real friendship |

We have made some really close freinds over the years some we talk to all day everyday through what's app. A few came to our wedding recntly even the best man was a swinger... so yes you can make some really special friendships  |

The "regulars" aren't warming to me. It's an awful shame.
I was talking to a couple quite regularly and we were going to meet but I got called in to work the night before and I think they thought I was a time waster as they stopped speaking to me from then on. |

We have great friends on here, some we have played with, others are just social friends.... but never say never 
It's not always about sex, more social with the added bonus if we all feel like playing. |

That's the plan I have I wanna meet new friends on here. Someone I can ask questions to about the scene and stuff and someone who don't mind chatting to me. |

We don't tend to meet people regularly, when we do meet its normally a one off and they'd have to be very lucky to get a second meet.
We prefer to post a meet up and message whoever is online at the time to meet if they pick our fancy then we meet them.
We don't arrange our meets days and weeks in advance and tend not to chat to people unless we are meeting them. And when we do chat it's just to get rules and boundaries set up. So we don't really make any friends on here, when we meet them we are a lot more sociable but we wouldn't class anyone we've met as a friend maybe asides from one person we had been friends with before joining the site and then had met her.
We have friends outside of fab but in it we'd say most people were just people we were acquainted with - nothing more.
