Yeah people that have the operation don't go for that look it just unfortunately happens to some people. To go through the trauma and expense because you're so unhappy with your body that you resort to surgery yet still have people rip the piss out of you, but it's fine cos it's cosmetic surgery, can say what you want doesn't matter if you're rude or insulting huh? |

Tits are tits. They're boss regardless of what shape and or feel. No pair of tits in the world feels the same. Only positive of fake tits are they're usually bigger, and more boob is always good  |

The best two pairs of boobs I've ever seen, my ex who had amazing natural boobs and a meet who had a stunning fake pair, I couldn't say which I liked more as I loved them both, the feel of and look of both were amazing, made no difference at all that one pair were enhanced, although at the end of the day it was the women they were a part of that really turned me on.

I would have said yes they feel different, however a little while back I had the pleasure of feeling some enhanced breasts and if I hadn't been told I would never had known. |

Yes they feel different and almost always look different too. But for everyone who will criticise the look of fake ones there's someone else who will criticise natural ones for daring to sag, have nipples which point downwards or ending up in your armpits when you lie on your back, so it's swings and roundabouts really. |

Depends on the quality and material. Only witnessed a few fakes and you couldn't notice before you got to the bedroom, but the were solid. Perky but not real |
