At the gym, swimming pools etc - who puts it all on for show for everyone and who would never be caught dead being naked in public.

I for one, cover myself in these situations.

I hide as much as I can, but that doesn't seem to stop the old codgers walking around like it's a nudist camp and getting talc all over the floor

Very self conscious and careful not to flash anything in the public locations you describe.

Club changing rooms though .... I don't care!

Not at all self conscious so no hiding away for me. I used to go to a mixed sauna in Germany though and the changing room were mixed; found it really hard not to get turned on when I once saw a very sexy lady taking of her stockings and suspenders.

Ill change in a toilet cubicle to avoid changing openly in front of other ladies..

Now imagine my struggle in swinging clubs!!
