So anyone there doing Pelvic exercises for better orgasms, erections and general overall fitness?
I think its pretty important for us men to keep on top of it unless we want to lose our mojo.
Began a couple weeks ago and been noticing a couple improvements to the strength of my erection.
Gonna keep on track with it. |
