Was watching Louise lear on bbc news channel doing the whether she was wearing a grey tight dress that had pronounced bumps that look like suspender belts bumps or corsets with suspenders , has anyone else noticed this , it really does look like they are.

Probably find it's something far less sexy.
More likely the wires and bits n bobs that allow her to talk on camera with wireless mic's and listen in to producers with earpieces. There's got to be receivers etc on her person so there's your bumps etc.
