Have never (to my knowledge) had "hands on" experience of enhanced boobs so can't comment from that perspective, but from a purely aesthetic angle I always find fake ones look so..well...fake, and don't find them as appealing as natural ones as a result.
That said would never criticise anyone *just* for having them done, as I know there are a multitude of reasons that people do get them, some of them totally understandable.

I've encountered fake boobs before and they were great, real boobs are great too.
Now while it looks like I'm sitting on the fence here my real point is not really about the boobs but the sexual confidence of the woman.
The woman with fake boobs loved the way she looked naked as as a result was dynamite in the bedroom.
If you feel it will make you feel more confident or just happier in yourself then there's your reason. |

You can be sexually confident and have rubbish boobs though.
I'd been seeing a hot looking woman and eventually got to the bedroom and she took her top off.....her boobs (real) looked like two used conforms pinned to her chest. All her bras were padded and very supportive and did an amazing job. Gave her lots of confidence!   |

Pretty sure fake ones move, a lot, as I discovered when I was finally given the go ahead to start running again by my surgeon - it is now a two sports bra activity to prevent them flying around like billyo.
However, my personal experience of my own body could of course be entirely incorrect. I shall ask Number One Chap about their mobility or otherwise later today and will let you know. |

Depends on how the surgery is done, under muscle or over muscle. Kim has a boob job but they don't look or feel fake. |

I personally prefer natural... but OP if you feel you'll be happier by getting them done, I say go for it. Fake boobs sometimes just are too hard hence why its a turn off...but I'm sure these days the procedures and implants make them feel more natural . Your boobs right now look good.

You could have an op that just lifts your boobs rather than implants. Keeps things natural then. If I remember correctly it's called a Mastopexy. Used to work in plastic surgery theatres

Felt them, juggled them. Did all manner of things with them. Stiff? Hell no. I was!

Real.
I know the more recent fake ones are supposed to feel more realistic, but I am less than convinced.
My freind who had a double mastectomy has had very good fake ones in her reconstruction, and they look fantastic, but still are not quite right to the touch |
