I find them mortifying. Have a fb who sticks a finger up there and wriggles it around to 'make it all come out at once and limit the embarassment'. Having someone so matter of fact about it helped a lot but would probably still die of embarrassment with anyone else. I am known for being really uptight about bodily functions though.
