Why so people cancel a meet because oh no so busy, dad's cats died or some other excuse and then get verified by that day...

I have double booked a meet a few times due to thinking one or both are messers and I wanted a night out.....

It's tough to put your personality and attractiveness over this type of site.
Best thing I've found is mingling on forums and going to clubs. Still can't beat meeting in real life

Like others have said just move on.
Some times life happens and things come up so you have to cancel plans but I'm pretty sure you will know the genuine ones.
Just don't have a go like someone did to me for having 2 meets in 1 day looking at my veris. It was not really like that but one took a week to write it! |

Could be that the verification was left that day but from a meet a few days earlier. or they said about meeting to 2 different people not thinking both would say yes. Should of been honest though but maybe they thought they were being nice. Happens a lot even to couples as said before suck it up and don't let it worry you. |

At least they let you know rather than just not turning up. To be honest I'd rather women cancelled, if they are not really interested, than just turned up and went through the motions. At least they are not wasting my time... |
