Ok. So my question is for those who play bare. When you originally joined the site did you use condoms and then progress to bareback fun or did you play bare from the beginning. AND please let's not turn this into a slanging match or get all judgemental.

yes i started off using condoms, it was the guys who wanted that. never used them before that though.

i've had a few condoms slip off while fucking and everything is ok, but it's given me a real need for bb sex. it's extremely rare i'll risk it but i do. and i've stopped meeting altogether now from here now and looking for a non-swinging relationship instead.

also, i've had guys try to bullshit me into going bb (it worked once or twice), so not all guys insist on condoms and one of my earliest meets i'm sure he took one off and then fucked me doggy style and i didn't notice until after we'd finished.

I started off being all careful - and found out that it just killed my interest.

It's massively different to take it bare - both physically and emotionally - and I know that I need it!

I only meet rarely, and make a careful judgement beforehand - but yes, I do take it bareback when I want to, and will continue to do so....

I don't think one can divide swingers into those who play bare, and those who don't. If asked if I practice safe sex or not, well of course I do. As a norm I use condoms - don't we all? If asked have I ever played bare, well yes I have on occasion taken a lover who I have enjoyed bareback sex with. I have regarded those men to be safe because I knew them. When my husband and I started exploring this lifestyle, the original intention was for me to have a lover in this capacity, so no this hasn't changed.

When I first started off I have to admit I never enforced protected sex. There were a few times where one wasn't used and it's not my proudest moment. I never needed one before joining fab so was just a new concept to me.

To answer the OP I only play bare with my partner. And there's no denying that bareback sex is infinitely better than covered, the warmth, wetness and sensation is far, far superior!
