Or boob jobs, whatever you want to call them! I know there are some ladies on Fab with enhanced breasts, and I just wondered what the general consensus is on them.
Personally I'm a big fan. I think part of it is that it suggests the lady is naughty (although I know a lot of women do it for self esteem reasons rather than trying to look sexually attractive), possibly because of the abundance of fake breasts in porn.
I think the other appealing thing about them is that they're not that common in the real world. It would add a little extra excitement, purely because I've not been with a woman with fake boobs before. I know that sounds shallow, I hope it doesn't offend anyone.
What do you think - do you like them or dislike them? Ladies, would you like to have yours done, and if you already have, how have they impacted your life?
For the record, I'm a boob man, and I love all of them - big or small, natural or enhanced  |

I don't think having fake breasts means that those women are any naughtier than those that have natural breasts. There are so many women on here that have not had implants (me included) and this is the place for "naughty" people.   |

I think it's always different really, I think some women who've had beautiful boobs to begin with have had it done and they've looked awful but I'm sure there are some out there that look really nice post-op. =) |

And you certainly don't need any - yours are perfect as they are! I think it's just a male thing in that we're more likely to associate implants with porn and strippers... You're totally right though! |

I know what you mean! I've noticed in porn there is pressure for women to go as big as possible, and often a perfectly in proportion pair of breasts is ruined by an unnecessary boob job. The quality really does vary from case to case |

You have amazing pics! To me it doesn't look like you need anything enhanced, but like you say, it's a personal thing and you've got to do what makes you happy |

Well I'd mine done yearrrrrs ago now but still the best decision in my life I'd be lying if I said it's not a big operation but totally worth it, for me anyway.. I'm a little bit in love with them now, couldn't bear them before, didn't suit my body! |

I looked into the procedure and it scared me a little. Especially due to the fact that on this one particular programme it had gone wrong and a second operation was needed.  |

I always think it about the right Breast on the right body. I like breasts that have a nice shape and are the right proportion to the body frame. I love good shape and hang. Sadly I often find boob jobs often look a little un-natural and football like. But of course if they make a woman feel sexy inside then they can be a bad thing. |

I used to dream of having a boob job when I was younger but I have learned to love my little assets and due to how sensitive they are I'm now too greedy to change them incase that sensitivity goes |

I wish mine would sit up rather than tear drop.....the sitting up stage only lasted three months and cup size B when I was 12, C& D followed the following year and by 15 it was an E....and then a H & J ....I look at some women and just wonder what would it be like to not suffocate when at the gym on the mat or to not bounce nearly knocking yourself out when you jump......false boobs now days look kool..... |

Yup The Twins turned two last month, part of me wishes I'd gone a little larger, but the surgeon did a great job and I'd be loathed to screw it up by succumbing to boob envy. |

Mine will be 9 years old next month and I really want them done again, should have gone bigger at the start but I was size 6 when I had them done and barely any breast tissue, now I'm 2 sometimes 3 dress sizes bigger my boobs are too small for the shape my body is now. |

Well, very much enjoying what my pert pair look like at 51. If I had had the money twenty years ago I might have had them done to 'look sexy' but thankfully didn't.
I used to enjoy a game of spot the fake boob's on holiday. The worst was a Russian girl at some posh resort, blonde and looking like trophy wife, the looked hydraulic cricket balls and you could see the scars.
My sensitive bits are lower down (say, I didn't share that)
Tits are sexual characteristics that are part of women. Just the pneumatic biggest doesn't make for a hot lover..Just like Well Endowed doesn't mean a great lover |

I wouldn't even think about getting mine done. Thousands of pounds, risky anesthetic, the potential for serious medical side affects, and you have to get them taken out or replaced in a few year anyway.

Im understand but its still just cosmetic, if one is bigger than the other then thats to make you look better, and if its because of cancer then reconstructive is for the look aswell. Im not having a go...its all the persons free choice but it is always about look....and its nice that for once they are called enhanced or boob jobs by most here, I always find it annoying when people say false tits. They are not false tits they are enhanced....false boobs are what melchet in Black Adder and Gazza where

After removal of the breast(s) for medical reasons some individuals do have implants in order to try and lessen things like depression, social anxiety, or severe loss of confidence. I would suggest that those are not cosmetic procedures because they are specifically to improve mental health rather than anything else.
A bit like when my ex found he had depression related to having a testicle removed due to cancer. His body felt 'wrong', so they inserted a prosthetic one and it helped him accept his body again. |

My preference is for big natural boobs, but I'm lucky that I like women who are big all over. Mostly I like my women simply natural.
Sometimes I'm into sex with "enhanced" women, by which I mean they have make up on, lip stick, eye shadow, done lots of things to their hair, painted nails, tanned etc. If I'm in that kind of mood a pair of enhanced breasts can be good. |
