Never had any issues with the police at dogging locations. If they turn up and ask what I'm up to I'm honest and tell them straight. Most times they're taken aback by the honesty, smile to themselves and leave. They're not stupid, they are fully aware of what goes on and as with most things it comes down to the attitude test. |

"What's the position with dogging and the law. Has anyone had any issues with police. Advice please. We are in West Yorks. "
I think if it's not offensive to others, as in broad daylight, where unsuspecting people may see any action, then it's not too much of a problem ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

The majority of the legal issues with dogging are for for the people actually having sex at the time. However, if you are merely observing there is no offence, unless firstly, you don't have the consent of the people playing,i.e. innocent courting couples who didn't know they were being watched which is an offence or secondly, if you have your cock out which could constitute exposure or even outraging public decency if you were wanking as well.
For those who are being watched the same offences apply, i.e. exposure and outraging public decency you may also commit a public order offence for which you may be arrested. But hey ho,thems the risks but it's bloody good fun ! |
