confidence is fine as long as it is mixed with some humility. there is a fine line to tread between confidence and cockyness / arrogance and having an over enlarged ego. |

This is so true and often evident on the site when people's confidence/ego grows because of the attention they receive. The vast amount of compliments bestowed on couples and single fems by single guys wanting a shag can inflate the ego too much. |

Well done you. I too lost quite alot of weight a few years ago and the biggest confidence boost was wearing a bikini on the beach for the first time. |

I've never been the most confident fella, more from physical appearance that I've worked my ass off to alter. Not suprisingly, as that has started working, a more condfident persona comes to the surface. |
