The couple did have a swagger about then lol. Maybe it's just my dirty mind but definitely spaced to look like that's what it meant. Bests I have seen is B1 TCH on an evo girl racer car. |

I've been buying number plates over the last few years (I don't own loads sadly), and 90% of the time, at least in my experience, swear words and offensive words are held back. There are some old ones around though and some obscure ones...

PEN 15 was on a VW Golf in EastEnd London in the 1990's. I used to see it regularly when I was working down there.
The department now responsible for issuing number plates try to vet all new numbers before issuing them.
I wonder if you have to have a particularly dirty mind before you get that job? |

I think so, looking at the naughty plates category on some brokers and I'm sat there like.. ummm.... errr.... arrgh.... oooo that's it.
