I'd be pretty disappointed if I turned up to a meet and I was greeted by a giant finger too... |

I've done that! On my old profile. Spoke to a guy and met him a couple of times. Then I had a message off someone, I thought it was him, this guy I met (usernames were similar). Started talking to him instead. I even verified him, and he didn't bat an eyelid, or mention he didn't know me. We arranged to meet, even set up this fantasy role play scenario, upon my arrival. The day of the arranged meet, he travelled from Bristol, then ironically I had a message from the guy I'd actually met! It was my most mortifying moment on fab. I had to cancel. Explained I'd mixed him up with someone else, and asked why he didn't say anything, when I acted like I knew him. He said it was because he thought we were playing a game . Still mortified to this day ... Sorry for the longwinded essay. X |

mixing up usernames? Made me chuckle, thanks for sharing.
The closest thing I've experienced is arranging to meet a couple dogging. They did not show up, but another couple was there. Fun all round |
