"18 is the age limit of the site so why is it too young ??"
It may well be within the T&Cs of the site, but I think that has more to do with the legality of having naughty pictures available to minors more than anything else.
I can only speak from my own experience, but when I was 18 I'd say I wasn't mature enough to deal with the emotional side to swinging. To put it bluntly, I was very much a twat at that age.
I'm glad I did the typical "teenager growing up" thing of chatting girls up (or at least desperately trying) in pubs and clubs when I was that age. I think it's a formative part of one's youth.
I would also have had not very much to bring to the table if I had started swinging when I was 18... I've learnt a helluva lot in those years since I was that age.
Lastly, I have a child who is not far off 18, which is a major factor for me, although I appreciate that there are child-less people on here who won't have such a hang-up. |

I wouldnt go younger than 18, but I enjoyed the 18 year old that I did have in Chams!!
He may have been the youngest in the room but my god he knew what he was doing!
Hubby still comments now about how he had me screaming out!
He was a very nice young man!

When this question is asked (every other day) people usually mean too young for them in relation to their comfort zone. My children are 19, 23 and 28: I would not feel comfortable playing with anyone under 30. I'm 50, I wouldn't feel comfortable playing with a 70 year old either! |

I think it is a little sad that someone so young can be thinking about swinging at such a young age...it's quite the norm for people of a certain age to have had there kids...done that been there etc and try swinging as an extension of there sexual experience...to want all that at such a young age seems corruptable ! I guess that is a bit hypocritical but when I was 18 ..swinging would certainly never had occured to me ! |

Too young for swinging? Of course not!
If it's fun then it is fun. When I was 18 I had more life experience than a lot of people double my age, age can be a poor indicator of experience.
I've looked at the OP's profile page, he has a couple of very good reviews so it seems he can handle swinging!
And what's this about the "emotional" side of swinging? For a single guy that is bollocks!
I've done the majority of my swinging as part of a couple and I agree it takes a mature attitude to handle the challenges in a relationship that can come of that but as a single guy? The best part is the lack of emotions and the true NSA aspect if want it.
He may be too young to play with for some people's tastes but that's personal preference.

In defence of the young ones on here, some 18 year olds are married with a child, mature in attitude and emotionally stable enough to handle swinging. I met an 18 year old woman on here last night who was stunning, in university and she was looking for ladies. It depends on the person who is that age and not on us as potential swinging partners or 'meets'.
I personally would not go with an 18 year old, but each to their own.

When teens start to seek independence and begin their departure from the ‘Kevin’ era they insist on telling the older (and sometimes wiser) people how mature they are; it’s actually part of the growing up process, claiming to be grown up…. We all did it and most can look back and realise how much we still had to learn.
Oddly the grown-ups, the young folk so want to impress their grown up state upon, tend to spend most of their time telling people how they have never really grown up.
So there you have it, the true test of whether someone is grown up or not…. if they say they are and want to be treated as such, then they most likely not. If they say they are not and claim they never have, then they most likely are.

We cnt talk for peoples prefrences but if the question is, is 18 too young to be swinging then the answer is NO.
There is lots of people that like to swing with people of this age, lots of members on here with good verified profiles that are 18.
How would the people that are saying yes its too young feel if they were reading a forum post that said things like over 30 are too old and there not good enuff in bed they cnt keep up etc. Yes ure thinking how ridiculous, well thats how some of these post uve made sound. |

I personally think that 18 is far too young to be swinging. I certainly wouldn’t have swung at 18 and think swinging should be something you should try after you’ve experienced everything else life can throw at you both sexually and emotionally

i often wonder why 18 year olds are on a swinging site, when i was 18 i was out ravin with mates and havin fun in pubs not on a swingers site...my limit is 30 yr olds as my son is 28 and feel it would be like shsggin his mates lol |

Im the same by 19 i had done more then most 50 years olds i have ever met, i had travedled everywere thrown a few orgy's taken pic for a garman porn mag and loads more and have many "older" people more chidish then my 4year old |

I'd agree with you entirely.
I was 17 when I first discovered the concept of swinging through New Direction porn mag, and 18 when I got my first meet.
I was always quite a mature young man and never had any issues.
I can see why it might be an issue for some people as they get older, not wanting to swing with someone who is younger than their children (experience from those days tells me that not everyone gets those pangs of guilt ) but swinging at 18 is not an issue in itself. I've seen inscure, jealous 45 year-old swingers who were less suited to swinging than some 18 year olds I've seen.

Everyone is different and if an 18 year old feels that it is the right thing for them, why should they try 'everything else' first? At what age do you magically become the right age to swing? |

When we were 18 there were n swinging sites though.
It's just the same that you see non-swinging 18 year olds on dating sites instead of chatting people in the pub or club.
