Hello!
Firstly the juicy bit;
My neighbour; brunnette slim, big bust and bum and really pretty late 30s. Be very careful not to mistake friendliness for flirting. If she is interested my guess is she will make a move that leaves you in no doubt but for now I would enjoy her attention and leave it there. |

Not worth the risk. Playing in your own back yard could turn awkward or even nasty. Is it really worth the risk?
