I have just managed my first day without a cigarette for 30 years.
It has been incredibly difficult and I am gagging for a smoke but quite chuffed with myself.
I have to admit that I have had some help with an e-cig but its still a huge deal for me.
Anybody who has given up In the past,,, you have my huge respect and I hope I can do it too.
That is all! Ha ha |

Quit after several attempts in 30 odd years back in May...admittedly am vaping so not 100% clean but feel so much better for it. Did have one "slip" on a night out a month or so ago and actually found it pretty disgusting.
Well done and keep at it OP you'll feel so much better for it.

Yay, well done OP.
I know how hard it is to quit, i stopped on 23rd june after over 20 years.
It does get easier, don't give in even if the cravings drive you nuts.
I could kill for a ciggie right now but i won't. I've come too far to spoil it now.
