there meant to be removed for oral and depending on the jewellery I have never had one split on me so far but as a body piercer I have done more than I care to remember small thin rings are uncomfortable for both male and females durin sex large gauge (thick) rings are less painful and are more of subtle assistive pressure to the female gspot in certain positions I agree they don't look very tempting but it should be used as a functional OPTIONAL accessory when fancied

its not the piercing that is the turn off its the putting it in and taking it off i dont want to know about..i don't even have my ears pierced for the same reason...pushing things through holes in the skin makes me cringe..its an associated reaction to anaesthetic wearing off while having stitches when i was younger, i think.. |

I honestly don't know how I'd feel having never encountered one close up in the flesh (no pun intended) .... intrigued probably because I am generally very interested in body modifications of all kinds, but also a wee bit scared, and it definitely wouldn't be going anywhere near my teeth!
Don't think I'd be turned off as such (and it'd be a bit hypocritical given my own piercings) - I'd be turned on (or not) by the individual man and not his adornments.

Never been with a man who has one, so i don't know.
Visually they do nothing for me, but if I chatted to someone and liked them it wouldn't put me off meeting them.
I really don't like those ear hole piercings though where you have massive holes in your lobes big enough to drive a mini through. They freak me out a bit. |

They don't split condoms and don't hurt the woman - those who have tried G's PA have been pleasantly surprised. Screw-in ball rings or banana-bars are best, they can be easily removed if the woman doesn't like them, and also for BJs and anal, both of which are best without a PA.
Sex feels really great for men with PAs too, which is why G and many other men have them. Bigger gauges (in other words thicker rings) are more comfortable for men. |

There small titanium beads inserted under the surface skin on the shaft of the penis there would be a small allowance for movement but once healed there shouldn't be much in the way of migration or rejection |

Although it's not increadably comfortable most find it's usable within a few days as for infection so long as the person with it has a moderate level of personal hygiene there shouldn't be any issues I have had mind for several years without issue and never had complaints but I do find that ladies are nervous about trying ie will it be painful ?
